Classes & Schedules

At Simply Yoga we’re proud to offer a wide range of styles, including everything from fluid Vinyasa to strength-building Forrest to releasing, therapeutic Yin to slow-it-down Gentle. We also offer specialized classes for kids and pre- and post-natal mommas. Unless specifically indicated, our classes welcome and cater to students of all levels, from first-timers to yoga veterans.

Class Descriptions

 

Vinyasa Flow

A continuous sequence of poses that 'flow' from one to another with an inhale or exhale building heat and increasing strength.



Flow Foundations

For beginning and intermediate students teaches the basics of yoga poses, alignment and breathing


Heated Flow

A physically demanding vinyasa flow in 90-degree heat for seasoned practitioners.


Iyengar

Emphasis detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control. 


Restorative

A blend of supported physical poses and  breath work, slowing down and opening the body through passive stretching. 


Kids and teens

Yoga classes give kids and teens the opportunity to develop focus and concentration, boost self confidence while enhancing their physical flexibility.


Prenatal

Prenatal Flow is designed to help women find comfort during pregnancy and prepare for labor and birth.
