Vinyasa Flow is a continuous sequence of postures or asanas that 'flow' from one to another. Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath with movement. It builds core power, strengthens and cleanses the body, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release.
Never practiced Yoga? This class is for you. For beginning and intermediate students our Foundations class teaches the fundamentals of yoga poses, alignment and breathing techniques. Designed for new students or experienced students wishing to gain a greater understanding, this class will teach you how to engage each yoga posture in the safest and most effective manner, in order to receive the optimal benefits.
Gentle Yoga is for beginning and continuing students seeking a class that does not overtax the body or aggravate ongoing physical issues. Postures are practiced slowly with pauses between them and with careful attention to correct alignment. Adaptations, often involving props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and chairs, are provided for students as needed, and emphasis is placed on careful and gradual individual development.
In a warm room 80-85 degrees, Heated Flow is a continuous sequence of postures or asanas that 'flow' from one to another. Synchronizing breath with movement. It builds core power, strengthens and cleanses the body, and offers the opportunity for deep healing and release.

Level I Yoga - Deconstructing Poses
Level One classes will help you build your practice from the ground up whether you are a new yogi or a long-time practitioner. Feel free to bring your questions along with poses or concepts that you would like to explore so that we can build each practice together. Through this class, you will learn how to tailor your practice based on areas of the body that need opening, releasing, or strengthening. You will practice self-care by listening and providing what your body needs and wants.
Unwind and relax with a candlelight restorative practice. Slow down and unwind from the stresses of the day with this physically and mentally grounding practice. Gentle movement and props are used to support and open the body through passive stretching. A restorative practice is a compliment to your flow practice and can help heal the effects of chronic stress.
A blend of supported physical poses and breathing that slows and opens the body through passive stretching. It uses props to support the body as it eases into relaxation and balance.
Yin Yoga has the same goals and objectives as any other school of yoga; however, it directs the stimulation normally created in the asana portion of the practice deeper than the superficial or muscular tissues. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Suitable for all levels.
